Baseball & Softball Rainout Policy

The safety of our players, coaches, umpires, and families is our top priority. When weather or field conditions require a game to be postponed, our goal is to make every reasonable effort to reschedule the game.

Rainout Rescheduling Guidelines

• Every effort will be made to reschedule rainout games within the existing regular season schedule.
• If a suitable weekday date cannot be found, the league may schedule doubleheaders to help make up missed games.
• If additional games still cannot be accommodated, the league may extend the regular season by adding games at the end of the schedule.
• Rescheduled games will be communicated to coaches and families as soon as possible through the league's normal communication channels.
• While we will make every effort to reschedule all games, weather, field availability, and scheduling conflicts may impact our ability to do so.

We appreciate everyone's flexibility and understanding throughout the season. Our goal is to provide every player with as many opportunities to play as possible while maintaining a fair and enjoyable experience for all teams.
